Privacy & contact.
Effective October 19, 2026
Super Swim Aquatics uses this website to understand interest in swim programs and pool partnerships around Rancho Cordova, Folsom, and nearby Sacramento communities.
What you share
Our inquiry form collects an adult’s name and contact details, area or ZIP code, program interest, swimmer ages and experience, and preferred days and times. Swimmer names are optional. Please do not include medical information or other sensitive details. A parent or adult should inquire on behalf of a child.
How we use it
We use inquiries to plan pool hours and compatible groups, reply to questions, and follow up about a possible placement. Permission to reply is separate from the optional choice to receive program news. Marketing consent is unchecked by default and you can withdraw it by replying to us. An inquiry does not enroll anyone or reserve a place.
Storage & service providers
Cloudflare hosts this website, stores inquiries, provides spam protection through Turnstile, and delivers owner notifications. Notifications contain an inquiry reference rather than swimmer or contact details. Cloudflare processes technical information, such as IP addresses and browser signals, to operate and protect its services. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Access to inquiry records is limited to authorized owner access. We do not sell inquiry information. The site has no advertising or analytics trackers. Your browser may store a motion preference and a temporary random submission key to help avoid duplicate inquiries; it does not store your form details for this purpose.
Keeping information current
We keep inquiries while planning programs and following up. Closed inquiries should be reviewed after 12 months and deleted when no longer needed. You can request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of marketing consent through the contact form. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
